Your enquiry information
The form sends your name, phone number, city, vehicle, needs and chosen package. We use this information to contact you and arrange your inspection. Our authorised team can access it in a protected dashboard. Avoid sending identity documents or sensitive information through free-text fields.
Website statistics and live presence
The site uses random identifiers stored in your browser to measure visits and sessions. We record pages viewed, device type and referring domain, without storing the full referring page address. Depending on the hosting environment, your IP address, country and city may also be recorded. Live presence uses a per-tab identifier and temporary signals.
Storage and retention
Enquiries and statistics are retained without automatic deletion. Our team can permanently delete a past period from active storage. Security counters expire and live presence is temporary. Data is processed by the server and its technical database and hosting providers; administrative access is restricted to the authorised team.

To request access, correction or deletion of information relating to you, email contact@onediag.ma. Provide enough information to locate your enquiry without sending unsolicited sensitive documents. We may verify your identity before acting. Contact us about any backups to understand the applicable deletion options.
Links to external services
WhatsApp and Instagram links open external services with their own privacy rules. Conversations on those services are also subject to their terms. Form information is not automatically sent to those networks.
